This one was made just for you. A moving meditation for the days when stillness feels out of reach—but alignment doesn’t. Some of my clearest downloads and shifts don’t happen when I’m sitting with my eyes closed. They show up mid-shower, when the element of water is moving over my skin. Or when I’m driving a familiar route, letting the car carry me forward as my mind begins to soften and open. Movement is often my meditation.
It’s when flow finds me.
This practice was created with that in mind. A daily integration (like a meditation, but more active) to reset your energy, release what’s ready to fall away, and walk yourself into the version of you that you're becoming. Let it surprise you. Let it ground you. Whether you’re circling the block or wandering a new trail, this is a walk that can serve as a ritual, or returning to yourself.
